Manager Responsibilities

When feedback is submitted, the team manager and Team properties fields are left unselected. This makes the feedback form quicker and easier for team members to complete.

Supervisors are expected to:

Regularly review new submissions and assign each to the correct manager/team Use the peer feedback Home page or the personal dashboard.
Validate team submissions for accuracy and relevance.
Update feedback entries as needed
Provide coaching comments and additional insights
